Des documents détaillés, chacun consacré à un produit Runink ou à un accord avec un partenaire. Les premiers portent sur Runink FACE: Fulfilment Autonomous Claims Engine. Runink PULSE: Prescriptive Unified Lead & Social Engine est un produit différent, d’analyse de marché et de marketing, et son document décrit son propre travail, pas celui de FACE. Runink TIDE: Trusted Intelligence for Developer & Data Experience est un produit à part entière, vendu séparément. C’est la couche d’exploitation, sur vos serveurs, dans votre cloud ou dans le nôtre, qui tient en ordre vos applications Runink et vos propres données, et la réponse honnête à la question de savoir où vos données sont traitées et qui peut les voir. Son document est l’endroit où ce site le décrit. Les documents communs avec Logical Leap portent sur les écrans de surveillance d’Atlas, qui fonctionnent dans TIDE.
Les documents sont rédigés en anglais. Les pages de ce site sont en français.
Ils ne contiennent ni études de cas, ni noms de clients, ni chiffres de retour sur investissement. Ce qu’ils expliquent, c’est le mécanisme : ce que le logiciel examine, ce qu’il produit, qui l’approuve, et où tout cela s’exécute.
Là où un document décrit quelque chose que nous avons construit, il le dit clairement. Là où il décrit un accord avec le produit d’une autre entreprise, il dit quelle partie de cet accord est la nôtre. Personne ne nous a audités au regard de SOC 2 ou d’ISO 27001, et les documents le disent dans leurs propres phrases plutôt qu’en note de bas de page.

Atlas, from Logical Leap, is a set of screens for watching capital spending and data quality. TIDE runs those screens as its Intelligence pages, against the company's own data, on the company's own servers or cloud account, or on Runink's shared machines to start, with no outside AI service. This paper goes through each Atlas page in turn, then shows how the rest of TIDE adds a second opinion, a record in which any edit shows, and a person's approval before anything changes.
