Runink Commercial License

Runink is a proprietary platform. Your access and your use of it are governed by the Runink Commercial Subscription Agreement.

1. Platform Subscription (SaaS)

Runink gives you access to the platform under two tiers.

The Dedicated License. It has two parts: a Dedicated Platform Instance subscription, and individual User Seats.
Enterprise & On-Premises.

Your subscription grants you the right to use the platform and its designated features. You hold that right for the length of the subscription term. The right is non-exclusive and it is non-transferable.

2. Capacity Units (Compute Usage)

Work that the platform runs for you spends Capacity Units (CUs). That work includes Data Ingestion, Advanced Analytical Processing, and Automated Workflows.

How we count a CU. We track the compute resources your work uses while it runs. CPU and memory use are two of the things we track. We round that up per 60-second window.

What you get, and what happens when it runs out.

Each customer environment comes with a base monthly amount of CUs. That base comes with the Dedicated Platform Instance.
Each active User Seat adds more CUs on top of that base.
The CUs are pooled. Everyone in your organization draws on the same pool.
Go past the monthly pooled compute limit and the work pauses. It starts again when you buy more capacity, or when the billing cycle resets.

3. Outcome-Based Success Fees

Some autonomous execution features carry a performance-based variable fee. You get those features in the Dedicated License and Enterprise tiers.

Auto-Provisioning. We bill a 3% commission on auto-provisioned purchase orders.
Claims & Revenue Recovery. We bill a success fee. It is 20% of recovered funds. We only win when you win.

4. Enterprise & On-Premises Deployments

The Enterprise tier grants you the right to use all three of these:

Air-Gapped Deployment
Bring Your Own Runner (BYOR)
Physical on-premises options

Deploy inside your private or physical infrastructure and you keep absolute data sovereignty.

5. Ownership

Runink owns the platform. We keep every ownership and intellectual property right in it, and that covers the orchestration algorithms and the base optimization models.

You own your customer data and your proprietary operational rules. That ownership is full, and it is yours alone.
