Privacy Policy

Introduction

At Runink, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your data when you use our service.

Other Runink Apps

The Luna mobile app is published separately and handles a different kind of data. It is covered by the Luna privacy policy, not by this one.

What We Collect

Personal Information

  • Your account. Your name, your email address, and the credentials you sign in with.
  • Your billing. Payment details, and the history of what you have paid for platform subscriptions.
  • Your preferences. How you want us to reach you about alerts and support.

Operational Data (Logistics & Supply Chain)

We collect and process your business-critical data so that we can provide our core services. The list below is a guide, not a closed set.

  • Procurement. Purchase orders, vendor details, and procurement logs.
  • Logistics. Shipment tracking, inventory levels, and how each carrier performs.
  • Financial. Invoice details, payment records, and the claims documents that recovery workflows need.

What We Collect Automatically

  • Usage. Data Units (DU) processed, and Compute Units (CU) used.
  • Device and network. IP addresses, browser type, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies. To hold your session and to keep your settings.

How We Use It

We use what we collect to run the Runink Ecosystem.

To run the service

  • We process low-latency data streams, so that you can see what your operations are doing.
  • We run autonomous workflows for you, such as Auto-Provisioning and Claims Recovery.

To analyze it, and to act on it

  • Model Training. We use it to refine two kinds of model: the ones that detect anomalies, and the ones that make decisions. Note: we never train shared models on your proprietary data. The models that reason over your material run on hardware you control. Your material is not sent to an outside model provider. We map our controls to the SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 frameworks. That mapping is our own statement. It is not a certification issued by an auditor.
  • Operations Models. We use it to power the systems that detect risks and recommend actions.

To bill you, and to tune the platform

  • We work out your usage charges, in Data Units and Compute Units, and your success fees.
  • We study how the platform performs, so that we can improve latency and throughput.

To write to you

  • We send you alerts, reports, and news of where a recovery stands.

Data Security

We put appropriate technical and organizational security measures in place to protect your personal information. But no way of sending data over the Internet is 100% secure.

Third-Party Services

We may bring in third-party companies and people to:

  • Help us run our service
  • Do work that goes with our service
  • Help us study how our service is used

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — ask to see your personal data.
  • Correct — ask us to fix data that is wrong.
  • Request deletion — ask us to delete your data.
  • Object — object to how we process your data.
  • Export — ask for a copy of your data to take with you.
